About Us
Prof. Andreas Graf
Prof. Andreas Graf, a renowned financial scientist from Germany, completed a double degree in finance and economics at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich. With his keen eye for market developments and his profound academic knowledge, Professor Graf quickly gained recognition in the financial sector. During his several years of experience as a market analyst at the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, he gained extensive experience in trading and investment management, deepening his understanding of capital flows and risk assessment.
To broaden his international horizons, Professor Graf later moved to the USA and focused on financial analysis and investment strategies on Wall Street. He advised several renowned investment firms and became a highly regarded expert in the industry due to his unique market insights and precise risk control.
His long-standing international experience in finance made Professor Graf aware of the imbalances in global financial education and the regional disparities in development. To address this issue, he founded the nonprofit organization Council for International Economic Education (CFIEE), which aims to promote the understanding of financial markets and investment competence worldwide through technological means and global educational cooperation, striving for fairer and more inclusive financial education.
Additionally, Professor Graf assembled a research team of leading data scientists and quantitative analysts in the USA to advance the development of AI technologies for investments. Together, they developed a world-leading AI system for investments. This system is capable of monitoring global markets in real-time and performing technical analysis, as well as making trend predictions and risk controls based on big data and algorithmic models. The development of this AI is considered a crucial step for the future transformation of financial markets, offering investors more efficient and precise decision-making support.

Prof. Steffan Albrecht
Prof. Steffan Albrecht is a recognized financial scientist in Germany with a doctorate from the Berlin School of Economics and Law. He worked as a consultant for technical analysis at various German financial institutions. He has unique insights and practical experience in the fields of quantitative trading, algorithmic analysis, and the development of European financial markets. Due to his deep understanding of market technologies, Professor Albrecht is responsible for the development and expansion of CFIEE in Germany and the promotion of technical investment strategies in the stock market.
Professor Albrecht and Professor Graf met at an international economic forum, where they discovered their shared vision for the future of financial education and technical market analysis. This meeting not only led to fruitful exchanges of ideas but also to a long-term collaboration. Together, they work to overcome regional barriers and make the latest financial education and technology more accessible to investors worldwide.

Katharina Bergmann (Investment Advisor)
Katharina Bergmann has been a valuable member of the CFIEE team since its inception and has actively contributed to the growth and global expansion of the foundation. She is fluent in several languages and an expert in managing and communicating international projects. She supports Professor Graf not only in expanding CFIEE in the USA but also serves as a bridge between CFIEE and investors worldwide.
Ms. Bergmann is also responsible for evaluating the AI model in the market and gathering feedback. Through precise data analysis, she continuously optimizes the technology application and contributes to the foundation's success in a complex financial environment.

Council for International Economic Education (CFIEE)
The Council for International Economic Education (CFIEE) is a nonprofit foundation founded by Professor Andreas Graf for international economic education. With the motto "Education drives investment, technology leads the future," the foundation aims to help individuals and institutions worldwide better understand economic trends and investment strategies through financial market education and technological support. The core technology of CFIEE is a self-developed AI model used for technical analysis of the stock market, risk assessment, and optimization of investment portfolios to improve the market knowledge and risk management of investors worldwide.
Global Strategy Development and Plans for Germany
With the increasing maturity of the AI model, Professor Graf and Professor Albrecht have decided to further expand CFIEE's global reach, with a focus on the European market, particularly the German financial sector. The plans for Germany aim to spread financial market knowledge and competence in technical analysis and investment strategies through localized training and partnerships, thereby strengthening local investors' understanding of the market and ability to identify risks.
Professor Steffan Albrecht leads this strategic direction and will drive the establishment and development of CFIEE in the German market through close cooperation with local financial institutions, universities, and economic forums, progressively reaching the entire European region.
Collaboration and Future Prospects
The global expansion of CFIEE is not only a step towards promoting financial education but also an exploration of technology-driven investment strategies. The close collaboration between Professor Graf, Professor Albrecht, and Katharina Bergmann forms a solid foundation for the worldwide dissemination of educational offerings and the market positioning of CFIEE.
Within the next three years, CFIEE plans to intensively enter the European market and gradually integrate Asia and the Middle East, aiming to create a truly global network for economic education. By combining technology and education, CFIEE seeks to provide more people with fair and high-quality access to financial education, thereby fostering the collective growth of investors worldwide.
